Delete Old Family Member Interactions

CAUTION: This process alters data. We recommend backing up your data before proceeding.

With this process, you can delete certain entries from the Letters, Visits, Etc. window of student and/or family member records.

  1. On the Information tab, click Students > Processes then, on the Student Processes tab, click Delete Old Letters, Visits, Etc..
  2. Select whether to delete interactions for any date or only within a certain date range. For example, you may only want to delete entries that are over five years old. Click Next.
  3. Select which type of family members to make changes to, then click Next.
  4. Select to process changes for all members or only those you select.

  5. Select whether to include only active, only inactive, or both. Click Next.
  6. Review your list. If needed, clear the checkbox for any interactions you want to keep.
  7. When you're ready to delete the selected entries, click Next.
  8. To delete the interaction information, click Finish.
