Stewardship Programs
Users with sufficient privileges can assign any Program to a Donation Distribution. To do this, go to . To assign records one at a time or by a selection of records, use the Assign tool.
Once correctly configured, each Program:
- Displays on the Donor Statement,
- Is available for Online Giving, and
- Is available as a distribution option on the XML Import Tool.
Configuration
To configure a Program for Stewardship purposes, set the following fields appropriately based on the Program fields.
- Start Date
- End Date
- Tax Deductible Donations
- Statement Title
- Statement Header
- Allow Online Giving
- Online Sort Order
- Pledge Campaign
- Account Number
