Accounts

Cancel or reactivate your Go Method account. On the Billing page, click Cancel Account. After canceling, all of your trips become archived. However, your purchased credits remain available to use if the account is reactivated. To reactivate, log into your Go Method account and click Reactivate Your Account. After reactivating the account, you'll need to re-enter your Payment Info and you have the option to Purchase Credits.

The option to cancel or reactivate accounts is only available to account owners. If you are not an account owner, the Cancel Account, Reactivate Your Account, and Purchase Credits buttons do not display.

This is the page that displays for account owners when they log into their canceled account.

Edit your Go Method account's billing information. On the Billing page, click Edit in the Payment Info section. The Payment method page displays for you to enter new payment details. When you click Save, these changes are updated in the Payment Info section.

The option to edit billing information is only available to account owners. If you are not an account owner, the Edit button does not display.
