Create Question Form Requirements

This task describes the process for creating question form requirements.

  • You must be a Go Method admin to do this.
  1. Click Admin, then select Components.
  2. Select the Requirements tab.
  3. Click Create New Requirement.
  4. Select Question Form from the Requirement Type drop-down.
  5. Enter a Requirement Name and Friendly Name.
  6. Select who the requirement applies to and who can fulfill it.
  7. Click Create Requirement.
  8. Click Create Requirement Question.
    • Short answer: Type the question and format it.
    • Paragraph: Type the question and format it.
    • Date: Type the question and format it.
    • Single choice: Type the question and format it. Click Add Answer to include more choices.
    • Multiple choice: Type the question and format it. Click Add Answer to include more choices.
  9. Click Create Profile Question.
  10. Repeat step 8 as many times as needed to complete the question form.
  11. Click Done.
The Question Form Requirement is now active and listed under Requirements. Next, create an event and add requirements to it. Participants who want to go to this event must complete the requirements you added.
