Pledge Forms

Choose which giving form displays after contributors add a pledge. Instead of showing the default form, you can now specify which giving form to show. This is available only if the pledge form has the option to add recurring gifts.

On the Pledge Campaign form, when you enable the option to Allow contributors to add a recurring gift with their pledge, you'll see a drop-down list where you can select the relevant giving form. (To show in this list, a giving form must include the fund associated with this pledge campaign.)

Then, when contributors set up their pledge and add an online gift, they'll see the giving form you selected.
