You can set the stock and cryptocurrency options on a particular giving form or for all giving forms:
  • Go to Giving > Online Giving Forms, open the giving form, click Edit in the General Settings section, and you'll see the Stock and Cryptocurrency options under Giving Methods.

If you don't want stock and crypto options available for selection on any giving forms, you can disable the integration. From the Main Menu, click Settings > Additional Features. Next to Stock and Cryptocurrency, click Edit Status, then click Disable Integration.

Note: There is no charge from ACS Technologies to use this service. However, Engiven requires a 4% processing fee from each stock and crypto gift at the time it's exchanged or sold. This 4% fee is charged to the church, not to donors.

For more information on these options and how they work, see Stock and Cryptocurrency. You can also join us for our webinar on October 7, where we'll provide a practical overview of how stock and crypto giving works, why your church may want to offer these giving options, and how Engiven makes it easier to get started: Register for free!
