Pledges Dashboard
Campaign progress, fulfillment status, and average pledge.
Before you begin
To view the Pledges dashboard, you must have either the Manage Funds, Campaigns, Online Giving, and In Memory / In Honor or the Enter Pledges permission set to Allow. To view pledge details, you must have the View Individual Contributions permission set to Allow. See Responsibilities for more information.
In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click . On the Pledges tab, you can quickly see how any campaign is progressing and view pledge trends over time.
Filter this dashboard to display specific campaigns. Click an item in a graph to view more details. You can also customize the fulfillment status and age range categories.
Pledges Dashboard Graph Descriptions
How to read each graph on the Pledges Dashboard.
You can review the data for one campaign at a time. Click to select your campaign.
- Campaign Progress
- This displays the overall goal of the campaign you selected and how close you are to pledge fulfillment toward that goal.
- Gifts Received over Time
- The line graph displays a comparison of the number of pledged and non-pledged gifts you receive each year toward a campaign.
- Fulfillment Status
- Customize this graph to determine how much a contributor must fulfill to reach a milestone. Click a bar in the graph to show a list of people who have met a milestone or haven't given toward a pledge at all.
- Average Pledge by Age
- Customize this graph to organize pledge commitments by age group. Click a bar in the graph for a breakdown of which contributors have pledged within a specific group.
Pledges Dashboard Filter Descriptions
- Campaign
- This is the only filter option on the main dashboard. Select one campaign to see all of its pledge gifts.
- Age Range
- Select the demographic of contributors that you want to see. Contributors whose profiles don't contain a birth date will only display if you select All.
- Include
- Select which contributors you want to include. You must select at least one of them.
- Pledge Progress
- All options are selected by default. If you want to narrow the list, clear the progress options that you don't want to see. For example, if you want to see a list of contributors who haven't started fulfilling their pledges yet, clear all options except No Progress.
- Pledge Source
- Filter by the source from which gifts were received and applied to pledges.
- Staff – An administrator entered a pledge on behalf of a contributor.
- Online – A contributor entered a pledge using a web browser.
- Mobile – A contributor entered a pledge using a mobile device.
- Embed – A contributor entered a pledge using their church's website.
- Date Range
- If you want to break giving down toward a campaign by specific periods, select a date range. For example, while a campaign that lasts all year has dates set already, you may want to review and print gifts received toward that pledge per quarter.
