Gather Settings

View and Manage Tags in Gather

You can view, add, and delete tags for spaces and resources.

  • You must be an administrator to perform this task.
When you add a tag to a space or resource, you can better organize and customize them for use in events. For example, you can tag a space as a place where food and drink aren't allowed.
Note: You can also use the calendar search to filter on space and resource tags that are associated with events.
  1. Click Settings in the main menu.
  2. Click the Tags tab.
    1. View tags on this tab, including which tags are currently associated with a space or resource.
    2. To create a new tag, click +Add Tag in the space or resource section. Enter the name of the tag in the text box, then click Add.
    3. To remove a tag, click X next to the tag's name, then click Delete to confirm.
