Giving Migration

Move recurring gifts from one giving platform to Realm. Import a CSV of your recurring gifts to create profiles and giving history for those contributors in Realm. Have peace of mind knowing that no data is lost during the transition.

Reimport missing recurrences, and delete those that are no longer needed. Each migrated contribution is labeled with a status that explains what has moved over, what hasn't, and why.

Let your contributors know. Email information about the migration to your contributors so they know to check their recurring gifts and update if necessary.

Check-In Setup

Check out and download the latest version of the QZ Tray. Version 2.2.1 includes the Java and QZ Tray in one installment. We recommend all users to install this version. If you have older versions of these installed separately, you may need to remove those installments and download the latest version for this to work properly.

Enable security measures that work for your church. We're working on a way for you to set certain things that congregants can see and do in Realm. Based on the Member Status profile field, you will be able to control whether individuals can view the directory, start a chat, see other people's information, and view children profiles.
