Require Two-Step Verification for Designated Users
You must have administrator permissions to require two-step verification for certain types of users or for individuals.
Require Two-Step Verification for a Responsibility
- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click .
- At the bottom of the Two-Step Verification info box, click Manage.
- Select each responsibility that requires two-step verification, then click Save.
Require Two-Step Verification for Leaders
You can require leaders to use two-step verification.
- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click .
- By default, you will be on the Group/Pathways Leader tab. To change team leader settings, click the Serving Team Leader tab.
- Enable the security setting for the the leader type:
- For group leaders, select Require two-step verification for Group Leaders in the Default Group Leader Permissions section.
- For pathway leaders, select Require two-step verification for Pathway Leaders in the Default Pathway Leader Permissions section.
- For serving team leaders, select Require two-step verification for Volunteer Team Leaders in the Default Permissions section.
Require Two-Step Verification for an Individual
You can require two-step verification for a user with responsibilities.
- In the top-left corner, click your ministry hub then Realm. Then click .
- Click next to the user's name and select Edit.
- In the Security section, select the Require two-step verification setting.
- Click Save.
