Subscribe to a Custom Calendar from the Events Page
Subscribe to a personal calendar from the Events page to share or publish relevant events. You can subscribe to a custom calendar using personal calendar applications like Apple® Calendar, Microsoft Outlook® , and Google Calendar™.
Publishing events to a personal or custom calendars is useful for embedding a calendar on a websites or allowing specific groups to subscribe to a personal calendar that is relevant to them. For example, the youth leader may encourage parents or teens to subscribe to a personal calendar that displays youth-related events instead of a calendar that is filled with all of the events in the church. The custom calendar will include the event name, description, date, time, and location.
You can use:
- In the top-left corner, click your site name then Connect. Then click Events.
- In the Shared Events section click the calendar's name.
- Click Subscribe, then click Copy Link. Paste this link in your personal calendar application to subscribe to events on the custom calendar.
