Export Text Opt-in Records
Learn how to export opt-in records for compliance, auditing, and backup purposes. The file serves as a record of consent, which you may need to keep on file to comply with messaging regulations.

You must be an administrator.
Your site must have an active text messaging subscription. The Texts Opt-Outs tab is only available when texting is enabled.

Tip: If you only need to see who has opted out of texts, use Export the Text Opt-Out List instead.
- In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click .
- Just under the remaining texts dialog, click Export Opt-in Records.
- Select a location on your computer to store this file. Then click Save.
