Use the Assisted Check-In Dashboard

Use the check-in dashboard in assisted mode to locate attendees, print rosters and check-ins, move attendees, reprint badges, and update profiles and emergency contacts.

  • Only available to administrators and users who have the Launch Check-In Kiosks permission.

The check-in dashboard allows you to perform many tasks like printing a roster, locating an attendee, re-printing badges and more. The check-in dashboard is only available in the assisted mode.

Note:
  • In Check-In-Only mode, as well as Check-In & Sign-Up mode, reprinted badges will have a new security number that is different from the original badges. This is to prevent unauthorized adults using reprinted badges to pick up children.
  • In Assisted Check-In & Dashboard mode, reprinted badges will have the same security number as the original badges. In this case, the person manning the kiosk can act as a fail safe.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Realm. Then click Check-In.
  2. Click the ellipsis icon next to the kiosk's name and select Launch Kiosk.
