For products that have moved to helpdrawer, use this phrase to encourage chat/email/self-help. The support hours and methods for contact are in the helpdrawer.
This includes Realm, Giving, Realm Refresh, Accounting, MissionInsite.
In the upper, right corner of Realm, click the help icon . Phone, chat, and email support options are located at the bottom of the in-product Assistant.

Support is available Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. EST/EDT, and Friday, 9:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m. EST/EDT.
