PDS provides several types of organization, facility, and event package letters, like acknowledgment, upcoming event, and wedding letters. You can also send billing statements to organizations.

To locate letters and statements, on the Reports tab, click the button related to the type of report you want. The Org & Indiv, Facility, and Event Package report groups have a section called Letters/Statements. Expand it to see the predefined reports.
