MissionInsite has a new look!

Our new interface features a modern and intuitive user experience while retaining your current workflows.

All of the functions and features you know and love are still there, and you'll notice updated colors, fonts, buttons, menu placement, and much more. Revised instructional text within the program also helps those new to MissionInsite learn the ins and outs and complete tasks.

Our new interface paves the way for more enhancements to come later this year.

System Status displays in the header

In the new interface, we've moved the System Status to the top right header.

When you generate an Opportunity Scan, map, or report, the System Status displays the name and progress for that action. Otherwise, the default System Status is System: Ready- because MissionInsite is always ready to help you better understand your community.

Toggle between user interfaces

To help you learn the new interface, you can toggle between the New and Classic workflows.

For example, if you are working on a map in the new interface and want to switch back to the classic one, you can do so and continue where you left off.

To switch from the New workflow back to Classic, in the lower right corner, click and then Switch to Classic View. You can similarly switch from the Classic view to the New view.

Toggling between two user interfaces lets everyone in your organization get comfortable with the new workflow, and every user in your agency can move at his or her own pace.

The toggle is available for the next three months while we roll out the new interface.

Switch between agencies and studies

You can easily change agencies or studies in the top bar of MissionInsite.

To select a recent study, click the drop-down arrow beside your agency and study name. To see other agencies or studies you may not have accessed recently, click Change Agency or Study.

Updated headers and grids

Manage Users and Location Info now have updated grid styling and headers. Updating user permissions, granting access to studies, and deleting or deactivating users is now a clean, intuitive, experience.

We've also revised the confirmation messages when you delete or deactivate users. This lets you double-check that you want to complete the action before moving forward.

Purchase Address Lists

Purchasing an address list is a cost-effective way to reach your local and surrounding communities.

In the New view, purchasing address lists is easier. The option to purchase a list always displays, and you no longer have to do so from within the User Assistant.

To get started with purchasing addresses, at any time, click Purchase Address List on the left navigational menu.

Opportunity Scan reports open in new window

When you generate an Opportunity Scan, the report now opens in a separate window, which means you can view and work with your map while reading your report.

The American Beliefs study, the demographic research data behind MissionInsite's' ExecutiveInsite, MinistryInsite, and ReligiousInsite reports, will soon reflect the latest key faith and community trends.
