People Export Gets Enhanced Mosaic Code Accuracy

The People Export now uses an improved Mosaic code lookup process to ensure the data in our export file is more precise and consistent.

Mosaic codes in the People Export are now resolved using the same logic applied in the ComparativeInsite report. For example, addresses are first matched to a Mosaic code using the full zip + 4 value for the most specific match. However, if no zip + 4 is found, MissionInsite will fall back to the primary Mosaic code for the address's block group. This means you can now confidently compare your People Export results directly against your ComparitiveInsight reports.

No action is needed on your part. The improvement is reflected in any People Export you run in MissionInsite.

Improvements When Running OpScans Using Custom Layers

We made performance improvements to reduce runtime on reports, and corrected an issue where the corresponding theme map was using zip codes, instead of the custom layer geography.

Clearer Labels and Actions for Guest Users

The User Management section now uses more accurate language when managing guest users. The action previously labeled "Delete" for guest users has been renamed to "Revoke", and a supporting tool tip text was updated for clarity.

This matters because when a user belongs to your agency as a guest, your agency is not their primary account holder, so removing them doesn't delete their account. Revoking access simply removes your agency from their view, while they retain access to their primary agency and any other secondary agencies.
