Edit a MissionInsite User's Study Access
You can grant or revoke a user's access to studies.
You can also choose Select All to grant access to all studies. This includes all current studies as well as future studies.
By default, Agency/User Managers and Agency Managers have permission to all studies, so you cannot edit these permissions.
- In the Control Center, click .
- Under Administration and Tools, click Manage Users
- Locate the user whose study access you want to edit. You can sort the grid or filter for active or guest users only.
- Under Studies, click the drop-down list beside the studies the user has access to.
- Select each study you want the user to access, or choose Select All to give the user access to all studies.
- To remove a user's access to a study, click on the gray highlighted study name.
- When finished, click Apply.
