Edit a MissionInsite User's Study Access

You can grant or revoke a user's access to studies.

To do this, you must be an Agency/User Manager.
In Manage Users, you can control which studies a user can access. You can grant access to studies or revoke study access.

You can also choose Select All to grant access to all studies. This includes all current studies as well as future studies.

By default, Agency/User Managers and Agency Managers have permission to all studies, so you cannot edit these permissions.

  1. In the Control Center, click Navigate Home.
  2. Under Administration and Tools, click Manage Users
  3. Locate the user whose study access you want to edit. You can sort the grid or filter for active or guest users only.
  4. Under Studies, click the drop-down list beside the studies the user has access to.
  5. Select each study you want the user to access, or choose Select All to give the user access to all studies.
  6. To remove a user's access to a study, click on the gray highlighted study name.
  7. When finished, click Apply.
