Release 2026.18.2 corrects the delays that left people stuck on a track step in Growth Method and kept the rest of a track's emails and texts from going out.

Track Communication Corrections

| People got stuck on a track step and the rest of the track's communication never went out. | Due to a timeout, a step that sends an automated email or text could send the message but never be marked complete. The person stayed on that step, showed as overdue, and the emails and texts scheduled for the steps after it never went out.Growth Method now marks these steps complete, so people continue through the track on schedule and their communication goes out. |
| Coming Next Release | Using "Send Immediately" to re-send a step's email or text that was already sent (or attempted) does not currently send a new copy, even though the screen indicates it does. In the next release, re-sending will send the message again using the person's most current contact information, and the activity timeline will show both the re-send request and the completed send. |
