Release 2026.19.2 corrects the Send Immediately option on a track step in Growth Method, so an email or text you send by hand goes out instead of only reporting that it did.

Track Communication Corrections

| Send Immediately did not send a step's email or text | Selecting Send Immediately on a track step reported the message as sent, but no email or text went out. This happened whether the step's message had already been attempted or not, so it could not be used to move someone off an overdue step. Growth Method now sends the email or text when you select Send Immediately. |
