Add People to Realm Groups

There's a new conditional called Realm Groups in Forms. On the Conditionals page, when you create a new conditional, navigate to the Results tab to find Realm Groups. When you select Realm Groups, choose the group you want connected to the form and save it. Anyone who fills out the form is automatically added to the Realm group you chose.

Tracks

Track Contacts are now considered Track Leaders. Here's what a Track Leader can do:

• View and communicate with people in their track using emails, text messages, phone calls and in-person meetings.

• Create activity notes for people in their track.
• With extended permission from a Track Admin, view everyone in campuses where they have assigned tracks.

Reassign people on tracks to different leaders. On the Tracks page, select a track and click people in this track. Click the checkmark icon to select individuals transferring to another leader, then click Reassign. To complete the reassign process, select a leader's name in the drop-down list and include a reason or note for why this change is happening. After reassigning, you'll see the changes logged on the People page.
