Reassign Mobile Office Numbers
An administrator can reassign the mobile office number on a track to another individual that doesn't already have a mobile office number. To reassign a track contact, transfer the mobile office number to the new individual and make sure they have the Track Contact permission. This transfers all track information, including the people, to the newly listed contact. The previous individual is removed as a contact and won't receive notifications regarding the track.Mark Tracks as Inactive
Administrators can mark tracks as inactive to disable and hide them. Tracks can only be marked inactive when they don't have any current activity. When a track is inactive, it doesn't display in a search or when selecting individuals to add to tracks. Keep in mind that you can mark an inactive track to active, if necessary.
