Resolving Texting/Phone Carrier Restrictions

There have been some issues with Growth Method texting and/or phone features due to carrier restrictions with a third-party vendor, Twilio. We are working to resolve these issues as soon as possible. In the meantime, in Growth Method, you can go to Mobile Office or Campaign Numbers, click New Phone Line, and select a new phone number to submit the information your carrier needs to create campaigns. You can then use this information for any number assigned to your organization. You can also contact support at fullmethod@acst.com for additional assistance.
