F1: Track Contact Item Tracking

Create an open contact in FellowshipOne and keep it up to date will all activity and communication in Growth Method.

  • You must be a Growth Method administrator to do this.
Growth Method will create open contact items in FellowshipOne and keep a history of the automatic communications along with the phone and in-person meeting tasks as they happen. When the person has completed the track, the FellowshipOne contact item will close.
  1. Click Tracks > Tracks.
  2. Click the track you want to edit.
  3. Click Steps.

  4. Click Edit Steps.
  5. Click Edit.

  6. Choose the Contact Form and Contact Item from the corresponding drop-down lists to create and open when a person is added to the track.
  7. Click Update.
The contact item remains open and all actions are considered part of the contact item history until the person has completed the track or is removed from the track, at which point the contact item will be closed in FellowshipOne.
