Growth Method Notes in CCB

  • You must be a Growth Method administrator to do this.
Because of how Growth Method integrates with CCB, it is possible that Growth Method doesn't have the rights to create notes in CCB. You'll want to verify that everything is set up correctly.
  1. Click your name and click Organization Settings.
  2. Verify the Church Community Builder Integration Status, and make sure all scopes are green.
  3. If not all the scopes are green, click Redo Integration.
  4. Complete the CCB setup.
All scopes should now be updated and green, ensuring that Growth Method can create notes in CCB.
