Getting Started in Growth Method

Connect Twilio in Growth Method

Integrate Twilio with Growth Method.

  • You must be a Growth Method administrator to do this.
If you have a Twilio account with a phone number, you can integrate Twilio and use the associated number in Growth Method. If you don't have a Twilio account, you can Let Growth Method Manage Phone Numbers.
  1. Log in to your Growth Method account.
  2. Click Integrations, then Twilio.
    The Integrations icon is a phone and Twilio is the last option listed.
  3. Select Let Growth Manage Phone Numbers or I Have a Twilio Account.

  4. Select Let Growth Method Manage Phone Numbers (skip this step if you already have a Twilio account):
    1. Enter your business information: EIN, name, website, type, industry, and address.
    2. Twilio receives this request and must approve it before you can finish integrating. Phone numbers are activated a few days after you submit your business information.
    3. When Twilio approves the request, your Twilio integration screen displays I Have a Twilio Account.
      This is what shows up after Twilio approves your request through Growth Method.
  5. Select I Have a Twilio Account:
    1. Enter your Twilio Account SID.
    2. Enter your Twilio Auth Token.
  6. Click Save.
    This is what your Twilio screen looks like when the integration is complete.
You've successfully integrated Twilio with your Growth Method account. Now Growth Method can manage campaign numbers and mobile office numbers. Next, assign mobile office numbers to staff members.
