Delete a User

Remove a user from your organization's Growth Method account.

  • You must be a Growth Method administrator to do this.
Delete a user to remove a user account of someone who's no longer with your organization.
Warning: Deleting a user is permanent and irreversible.
  1. Click your name and click User Management.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Click the user whose role you want to change. You can search for the user in the Find a User search bar at the top of the list.
  4. Click Delete This Admin.
  5. A message appears that says Once you delete this admin, you can't reverse it. Are you sure?. Click the pop-up message to confirm and delete the user.
You have deleted the user. They have been removed from the User Management user list.
