Getting Started

Customize Your Account

Establish your organization's settings in Growth Method.

  • You must be a Growth Method administrator to do this.
Customize your Growth Method account to sync more accurate data to your ChMS and upload your organization's logo.
  1. Click your name and click Organization Settings.
  2. Select your Country Code, Timezone, and Phone Number Format from the corresponding drop-down lists.
    Note: To ensure the best data integrity when uploading information to your ChMS, select the format your ChMS uses. Growth Method will reformat all phone numbers before data is uploaded.
  3. Click Save.
