Create a Text Keyword
Quickly create people in Growth Method using information gathered from text keywords.
- You must be a Growth Method administrator to do this.
Use text keywords to gather congregant information, add them to tracks, and quickly engage with your congregation. For example, you can ask first time attendees to text a specific keyword or phrase to a specific phone number. This prompts the texter for their full name and email address, if they aren't already in your system. Then, you can add these new users to a new visitor track in Growth Method.
Note: When you set up text keywords, there is a maximum of 160 characters for the name and email questions.
- Click .
- Click New Keyword.
- In the first section, enter the Keyword Phrase and Description in the corresponding fields.
- In the second section, enter the Name Question, Email Question, and Confirmation Message in the corresponding fields.
- In the third section, select the Campus and Status from the corresponding drop-down lists.
- Click Save.
