Self-Service Options
Search for answers in our Help Center. If you're signed into Go Method, click your profile. From this menu, ask a question, locate the Help Center, or catch up on our latest product releases. You may also type help.acst.com in your browser's address bar.

For specific troubleshooting or to add services, you may use our live chat service or contact us at 1-800-669-2509 or by email. Support is available Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST/EDT.

Open the In-product Assistant for Learning & Support

All support contact options, product content, video, and training resources are now available from within in your product. To launch the in-product assistant, in the upper right, next to your profile, click the Help icon Product support hours are located inside the Assistant.

  • Explore our product content, training and webinar resources, or interact with a community of professionals to learn and solve issues with confidence.
  • Live Chat support is available during for quick questions and real-time guidance.
  • For less urgent requests, tracking and documentation of support questions, you can email support.
  • Direct access to a friendly, live person for urgent or complex needs by phone.
