Monitor Seat Status from the Trip Dashboard
Seat owners and Team leaders use the trip dashboard to track applied versus reserved seats and review overall team participation metrics.
The trip dashboard provides a real-time summary of seat usage and team composition, allowing team leaders to monitor progress without navigating away from the trip overview.
In the top menu, click My Events. 
For each trip, you can view a snapshot of your mission trip at a glance. For example, you can see both the overall team's progress and, if applicable, your own personal progress toward funding and completing requirements. If you are a group leader, the page also lists each person you are leading, along with their individual funding percentage and requirement completion status, including any alerts for overdue or outstanding items. At the bottom, the Your Reserved Seats section shows how many of your reserved seats have been assigned so far. You can expand any individual's row to see more detail about what still needs to be completed.
