Event Admin Role Permissions

There are several different role permissions you can select for your event admins. This is an overview of those permissions.

Can Manage All Trip Information

Event admins with this permission can access all tabs within the trip and edit any trip information, including the trip's application and requirements.

Can Manage Basic Trip Information

Event admins with this permission can only edit basic trip details, including:

  • Details
  • Filters
  • Trip image

Can Clone Trip

Event admins with this permission can clone this trip. They automatically become an event admin of the cloned trip, and they will have the same rights that they did for the original trip. Event admins with this permission must also have either the Can Manage All Trip Information permission or the Can Manage Basic Trip Information permission in addition to this permission.

Can Change Trip Status

Event admins with this permission can change the trip's status from Setup to Launched and from Launched to Archived. Event admins with this permission must also have either the Can Manage All Trip Information permission or the Can Manage Basic Trip Information permission in addition to this permission.

Can Manage Team Members

Event admins with this permission can manage information about the trip's team members. This includes:

  • Accepting and declining applicants
  • Funding
  • Requirements
  • Profile information
  • Notes

Can Add Team Members

Event admins with this permission can only add team members to this trip.

Can Remove Team Members

Event admins with this permission can only remove team members from this trip.

Can Manage Funding

Event admins with this permission can manage funding for both the trip and its team members. This includes:

  • Adding funds
  • Moving funds between team members
  • Refunding funds

Can Manage Meetings

Event admins with this permission can manage the trip's meetings. This includes:

  • Creating new trip meetings
  • Editing existing trip meetings
  • Taking attendance for meetings

Can View Confidential Notes

Event admins with this permission can view trip notes that are marked confidential.

Can Manage Requirements

Event admins with this permission can manage the trip's requirements under the Events > Requirements tab.
