Edit Email Templates

Admins can customize system emails sent to trip applicants, trip leaders, and participants. Follow the instructions below to begin editing email templates.

  • You must be a Go Method admin to do this.
Keep in mind these are universal emails and are not specific to one trip.
  1. Click Admin > Email Settings.
  2. Click the name of the email to begin editing.
  3. Enter the email's subject and body text. You can:
    • Apply basic formatting using the tools in the toolbar.
    • Insert Custom Email Template fields to customize emails for specific trips and participants.
    • Click Preview Email to see what the email will look like when it's sent out.
  4. Click Save Email to finalize your changes.
  5. To revert back to the original default email copy, click Reset to Default. Then click Save.
