Create Question Form Requirements
This task describes the process for creating question form requirements.
- You must be a Go Method admin to do this.
- Click Admin, then select Components.
- Select the Requirements tab.
- Click Create New Requirement.
- Select Question Form from the Requirement Type drop-down.
- Enter a Requirement Name and Friendly Name.
- Select who the requirement applies to and who can fulfill it.
- Click Create Requirement.
- Click Create Requirement Question.
- Short answer: Type the question and format it.
- Paragraph: Type the question and format it.
- Date: Type the question and format it.
- Single choice: Type the question and format it. Click Add Answer to include more choices.
- Multiple choice: Type the question and format it. Click Add Answer to include more choices.
- Click Create Profile Question.
- Repeat step 8 as many times as needed to complete the question form.
- Click Done.
