Create Documents in SignNow

Create digital documents in SignNow and manage them in Go Method.

  • You must have a SignNow account to do this.
SignNow is a software that allows organizations to electronically manage documents from any computer. With SignNow, you can:
  • Generate documents
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Accept payments
  • Create automated workflows

This can be helpful for organizations that want to allow their mission trip participants to electronically sign documents like waivers and consent forms through Go Method.

  1. Log in to your SignNow account.
  2. Click Upload Documents.
  3. Choose a file (e.g., PDF, Word, or other common formats).
  4. Once uploaded, it will appear in your Documents list.
  5. Click the uploaded document to open it in the editor.
  6. Drag and drop fields for each role:
    1. Signature
    2. Text field (e.g., name, email, amount)
    3. Date
    4. Checkboxes
    5. Dropdowns
  7. Assign each field to a recipient role (e.g., donor, staff, volunteer).
Now you can import the template in Go Method.
