Add and manage those who perform tasks.
Add more users if you need help with other duties, and fine tune their permissions for the specific tasks they perform. For example, if a user only handles giving processes, set their responsibilities appropriately to clear any sections that they don't need to see. It's up to you how you decide to delegate tasks, but as soon as you select the appropriate users and responsibilities, you are your staff are all ready to tackle whatever jobs are ahead.
