Mobile Pay

Enable Apple Pay

Offer Apple Pay to your online contributors.

  • You must be an administrator to perform this task.
  • Set up a merchant account with Vanco.
  • Read our FAQ about how to claim your organization with Candid.
Learn more about which requirements are checked daily to ensure that your connection to Apple Pay remains in good standing. If you run into any issues while or after setting up Apple Pay, be sure to review the eligibility criteria listed.
Note: The type of device or browser a contributor uses determines which mobile payment type they see. For example, Apple Pay displays for Apple devices, such as an iPhone or a Mac.
  1. In the top-left corner, click your site name then Giving. Then click Settings.
  2. On the Online Giving tab, click Set Up and Accept Apple Pay.
  3. Create an account with Candid.
  4. Claim your organization.
    Note:

    If you can't find your organization, learn how to get your nonprofit listed.

  5. Accept the Apple Pay terms of service.
  6. Click Save.
