Mobile Pay

Google Pay and Apple Pay allow contributors to give with their mobile wallets.

Digital payments usually made from a smartphone or browser are referred to as mobile payments. Google Pay and Apple Pay are two examples of this that utilize saved cards stored inside a contributor's mobile wallet. The option to enable them comes free of charge with all of our giving solutions.

When contributors give with their mobile wallets, there is no manual entry. Gifts complete in seconds, and there are fewer barriers to cross when making a contribution. Their wallet also updates with their payment information, like the expiration date or an address change.

Because mobile wallet transactions use a card or ACH, they will display on your reports as such. "Mobile" only indicates how the contributor made their card or ACH gift. Their mobile wallet shares a key that contains their payment information. That key is sent to either the card company or the bank to validate the contributor's payment method before completing the transaction.
