View and Manage Tags

You can manage tags to efficiently organize and filter spaces and resources, enhancing event setup and searchability.

  • You must be an administrator to perform this task.
Add tags to highlight features like size, purpose, or special amenities. This is especially useful when you're setting up events and you're searching for spaces or resources in a lengthy list. You'll be able to filter on the tags to quickly locate the space or resource you want to attach to the event.

Take a little time to plan categories for your resources and spaces. Examples of tags a typical church might use are: Education Building, Daycare Tables, Food Allowed, Audio-Equipped.

Note: You can also use the calendar search to filter on space and resource tags that are associated with events.
  1. Click Settings in the main menu.
  2. Click the Tags tab.
    1. View tags on this tab, including which tags are currently associated with a space or resource.
    2. To create a new tag, click +Add Tag in the space or resource section. Enter the name of the tag in the text box, then click Add.
    3. To remove a tag, click X next to the tag's name, then click Delete to confirm.
