Edit a Gather Event

If you need to update an event, you can edit it.

  • You must be the event creator, an administrator or user with the Manage Events or Approve Events permissions.
If something happens that requires you to change or update your event, you can find it on the calendar, and edit it.
  1. Click Calendar in the main menu.
  2. Find the event on the calendar. You can select specific date from the date drop-down menu. You can also filter the events list by spaces, locations, resources, and status.
  3. Click the more options buttonnext to the event's information and select Edit.
  4. Make your changes to the event, then click Save Event.
