Client Retention Rate (CRR)

Refers to the percentage of existing clients who remain customers after a given period.

Use the following formula to calculate CAR:

((E - N) / S) x 100

  • Where S = the number of customers at the start of the time period

  • E = the number of customers at the end of the time period

  • N = the number of new customers added within the time period
    Note: When calculating CRR at ACST. we need to build rules as to how migrations from one of out products to another impact the results (i.e. ACS to Realm).
