Delayed
ACST classifies accounts as delayed when an account has no active subscription assets, but does have at least one in a delayed status. This indicates that the client is in an onboarding phase for the products represented by those assets.
Why this matters
An account with only delayed assets that never converted to active would not be included in client and churn counts. ACST considers delayed accounts that never convert to Active as failed to launch.
