Print and Export

Print Individual Labels for Groups

Group leaders can print individual mailing labels for people in their groups, excluding system groups.

  • Group leaders must have the Manage group/pathway permission.
Maybe you have a card you'd like to mail to someone in your group. As a group leader, you can print mailing labels when an occasion comes up.
Note: You'll need to use Avery 5160 labels for laser printers or Avery 8160 labels for inkjet printers.

  2. Click the name of the group.
  3. Click the Participants tab.
  4. Select the check box next to each participant you want to print a label for. To include all participants, select the check box beside the Name column.
  5. Above the participant list, click the Select an action drop-down menu and select Print Individual Labels.


  6. Specify whether you want to sort your results alphabetically or by ZIP Code, and if you want formal or informal label names.
  7. Click Run.
  8. Click Download to download the file as a PDF, or clickthe printer icon to print .
