Connect App Sign-In

Switch Between Connect App Sites

If your sign-in belongs to more than one site, you can switch between them without signing out.

  • You must sign in with the same email address on each site. Anyone who belongs to more than one site can switch, including volunteers with permission to sign into Connect App. On sites where Giving is connected to MinistryPlatform, only administrators can switch sites.

You can switch between the sites you belong to from the menu in the top-right corner of any Connect App page.

If you don't see a site or church, contact that site's administrator. An administrator must add you to that church's Connect App account.

Switch Site isn't available in Connect. To change sites in Connect, sign out, sign back in, and select the site you want.

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner of any non-Connect page in Connect App.
  2. Click Switch Site. The name of the site you're signed in to appears under this option.
  3. Select a site from the list. If you belong to more than 10 sites, you can click the search icon to search for a site name.
    A message shows the site you're leaving and the site you're switching to, and the switch finishes on its own. To stay on your current site, click Cancel before it finishes.
You land in the same area of Connect App on the new site, such as Giving or Accounting. If you don't have access to that area there, you land in another area you can use, or in Connect.
