Misaligned Bulk Mail Reports
This troubleshooting guide addresses the issue of Bulk Mail reports not lining up vertically in any version of the CASS It! product. The solution involves selecting all default options in Printer Setup.
The Bulk Mail reports that run vertically do not line up correctly.
Products affected: CASS It!
Versions affected: Any
Your printer setup may have been customized. To resolve this, select all default options in Printer Setup.
- On the main People or Financial Suite menus, click Printer Setup.
- Select the default options, then click OK.
