Post Transactions Button Unavailable

The button is unavailable in the Enter/Post Transactions window.

  • Products affected: Contributions

  • Versions affected: Any

Have all users log out of ACS and clear the user logins.

  1. Under Advanced Tools, click the Admin Utilities tab.
  2. In the drop-down list, select Add/Edit Users, then click Go.
  3. Select the user name you want to clear, then click Clear Login.
  4. When the confirmation message displays, click Yes.
  5. Click Close.
