Post Deposit Button Doesn't Respond
When clicking on Post Deposit, the button does not respond.
Products affected: Contributions
Versions affected: 11.0 and Above
There is an empty batch in Add/Edit Transactions. To resolve the error, delete the batch.
- Under Manage Records, click the Contributions tab.
- In the drop-down list, select Enter/Post Contributions and click Go.
- Click Add/Edit Transactions
- Under Open Batches, select the empty batch of transactions you would like to delete.
- Click Delete Batch.
- When the confirmation message displays, click Yes.
