Post Deposit Button Doesn't Respond

When clicking on Post Deposit, the button does not respond.

  • Products affected: Contributions

  • Versions affected: 11.0 and Above

There is an empty batch in Add/Edit Transactions. To resolve the error, delete the batch.

  1. Under Manage Records, click the Contributions tab.
  2. In the drop-down list, select Enter/Post Contributions and click Go.
  3. Click Add/Edit Transactions
  4. Under Open Batches, select the empty batch of transactions you would like to delete.
  5. Click Delete Batch.
  6. When the confirmation message displays, click Yes.
