ACS Fulfillment Services
Fulfillment is a service we provide to free up the time it takes you to print, stuff, and mail your Charitable Contributions Statements or Flex Statements.
If you haven't already applied to our fulfillment service, download our enrollment application before completing the steps below.
Our fulfillment service:
- Prints, sorts, stuffs, and mails your giving statements, including inserts
- Eliminates the need to purchase statement materials
- Conserves staff time for other projects
In ACS Contributions, fulfillment is available for the Charitable Contributions Statement and Flex Statement.
The Charitable Contributions Statement lists gifts for each contributor for a selected date range, including the fund, date, and amount. The Flex Statement lists weekly giving amounts, subtotaled by month, for the selected date range. You can also customize gift and pledge totals.
When mailing statements, you can choose either First-Class or Bulk Mail.
