Pictures Do not Display in Add/Edit Individuals
This troubleshooting guide addresses the issue of pictures not displaying in the Add/Edit Individuals feature. It affects all versions of the 'People' product. The problem arises when the link is lost in the ACSPICT directory. The solution involves manually importing the pictures.
Pictures imported into Add/Edit Individuals do not display.

The link was lost in X:\ACSNET\ACSPICT. (X represents your network drive.) X is located in C:\WINACS\ACSPICT .
To resolve this, manually import the pictures.
- Under Managing Records, click the People tab.
- In the drop-down list, select View/Edit Individual and click Go.
- Select an individual's name and click View/Edit .
- In the View/Edit Individual window, click the Pictures tab.
- Under Family or Individual, click Add or Edit.
- Click Import.
- Navigate to the location of the picture. Note that files of the appropriate formats are automatically shown.
- Select the desired picture file, and click Open. The picture is imported into ACS and displays.
- Click Close.
