W-2 Preview Error: Missing tblCostCtr field W2Box
This troubleshooting guide addresses the W-2 preview error.
When previewing W-2s, this error displays:
Error Building W2: tblCostCtr: Field 'W2Box' not found.

The error occurs due to the absence or outdated versions of the files awprtax.dll and awtaxfrm.dll in the C:\WINACS\ACSFORM directory.
- Delete the files awprtax.dll and awtaxfrm.dll from C:\WINACS\ACSFORM.
- Load the latest ACS Upgrade.
